Secondary Glazing

A separate pane of glass in a metal frame placed about 100-200mm away from the inside of the existing window. The existing window will remain in place. Secondary glazing can be opened for cleaning or ventilation.

Ventilation

Brings fresh air into the property without opening the windows, this helps to minimise noise inside the property. In most cases ventilation units are placed in the loft space.

UPVC Double Glazing

Modern, energy rated windows designed to reduce noise. Double glazed units replace the existing window so don't take up any additional space inside the property.
