We are fol­low­ing the gov­ern­ment guide­lines and mon­i­tor­ing the sit­u­a­tion close­ly, and have intro­duced changes to our work­ing prac­tices to ensure the safe­ty and well­be­ing of our col­leagues and cus­tomers at all times. 

We have imple­ment­ed robust process­es with mul­ti­ple checks” to clar­i­fy the sta­tus of all our cus­tomers, their cohab­i­tants or co-work­ers where appro­pri­ate, pri­or to our Ser­vice Engi­neers attend­ing any prop­er­ty. We are vig­or­ous­ly fol­low­ing the social dis­tanc­ing mea­sures as stip­u­lat­ed by both the Gov­ern­ment and Pub­lic Health Eng­land, with a strin­gent con­tact trace” pol­i­cy in place where required.

Evan­der can offer a com­plete envelop­ing ser­vice for both domes­tic and com­mer­cial prop­er­ties, we can offer clean­ing and dis­in­fect­ing ser­vices com­bined with the seal­ing of a prop­er­ty to reduce the risk of entry, theft or dam­age. We can also offer an eyes on site” pres­ence return­ing to the prop­er­ty at reg­u­lar inter­vals to check that the prop­er­ty remains sealed and that assets are intact


Pre­ven­ta­tive Boarding

We can pro­vide a range of pre­ven­ta­tive board­ing, film­ing or hoard­ing mea­sures to reduce the risk of unwant­ed entry to sites, prop­er­ties or premis­es. Pro­tect­ing assets and reduc­ing the risk of issues asso­ci­at­ed with tres­pass­ing or squatting. 

Ben­e­fits of this ser­vice include:

  • Vis­i­ble and phys­i­cal deterrent.
  • Can be removed as and when required, no dam­age caused to glaz­ing, doors and frames.
  • Tem­po­rary doors can be cre­at­ed to restrict lev­els of access.

Clean­ing and Dis­in­fec­tion Services

We can pro­vide anti-viral clean­ing and dis­in­fect­ing ser­vices for domes­tic and com­mer­cial premis­es util­is­ing a blend of the lat­est tech­nol­o­gy and tra­di­tion­al meth­ods. This blend of clean­ing and dis­in­fect­ing can help mit­i­gate the risk of spread­ing virus­es such as COVID-19.

Ben­e­fits of this ser­vice include:

  • Hos­pi­tal grade clean­ing and disinfecting
  • Use of ULV mist­ing treat­ments to cre­ate fine par­ti­cles of dis­in­fec­tant that can reach areas that tra­di­tion­al sprays/​wiping cannot.
  • Can be con­duct­ed in or out of hours to suit your requirements.
  • Anti-viral treat­ments can last up to 7 days.
  • Can be used to pre­pare areas for home or remote working.
  • Build­ings can be sealed ready for return at a lat­er date by util­is­ing our pre­ven­ta­tive boarding/​filming services.

Dis­in­fect­ing Equipment

Along­side our clean­ing and dis­in­fec­tion ser­vices we offer the hire or pur­chase of dis­in­fect­ing equip­ment ide­al for dis­in­fect­ing larg­er spaces.

The MMg is a ride on dis­in­fec­tion machine capa­ble of dis­in­fect­ing up to 327,000 sqm of floor­ing with 1 full tank, with a dis­in­fec­tion path of 130cm. It is com­pat­i­ble with all types of dis­in­fec­tant and can oper­ate con­tin­u­ous­ly for up to 6.5 hours. This machine has noz­zles at the top which can be used for aer­i­al dis­in­fec­tion of walls, win­dows and furniture.

We offer a num­ber of Smart home secu­ri­ty prod­ucts, allow­ing you to con­trol aspects of your home secu­ri­ty remote­ly via your smart­phone or tablet. 

Some video door­bells pro­vide a two-way speak­er sys­tem and live video feeds. They allow you to see and com­mu­ni­cate with some­one at your door from a dis­tance, with­out the need to phys­i­cal­ly answer the door or come into con­tact with that person.
