The Brief
Following a break-in at a residential property in Glasgow, significant damage had been caused to a non-standard double garage door and the rear uPVC French doors.
The property needed to be made safe before a permanent repair could be arranged. With multiple damaged elements and bespoke replacements required, the claim needed careful coordination from the initial survey through to final installation, while keeping the customer informed and supported throughout.

The Outcome
The project delivered a complete reinstatement of the damaged areas, restoring the security, appearance and functionality of the property following the break-in.
The bespoke garage door provided a permanent replacement for the non-standard original, while the new French doors and sidelights restored the rear of the property with modern glazing and multi-point locking.
By managing the claim from the initial make-safe through to final installation, we provided the customer with one clear journey throughout the reinstatement. The customer also highlighted the professionalism of the team and the way the process was clearly explained at each stage.
Our Solution
We managed the reinstatement from the initial make-safe and survey through to the manufacture and installation of the permanent replacements.
