Repair-first approach, longer asset life
Core Services
Repairs and Maintenance
We help housing providers, local authorities and delivery partners keep homes safe, secure and well maintained through resident-reported reactive repairs and a 24/7/365 emergency response service. Skilled teams deliver dependable support across a wide range of property types, with a repair-first approach wherever practical to extend asset life, reduce costs and maintain quality and condition. Where replacement is required, works are completed in line with current building regulations, covenants and aesthetics using modern equivalent solutions for cost effectiveness. The emergency service provides rapid response to secure properties and restore safety and reassurance for residents. Client and tenant portals provide real-time visibility of repairs, supported by MI and asset intelligence, giving clear insight into causes of repairs to inform asset decisions and long-term stock management.
During every visit, our engineers record and report observations of issues such as damp, mould, security vulnerabilities and signs of asset deterioration, helping our clients to make informed decisions and support residents.

Supporting Local Businesses
Community
Community Impact
For us, improving homes also means creating opportunities for the people and communities around them. That’s why we work with local small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs), create local jobs, invest in apprenticeships, pay the Real Living Wage and actively recruit people from the communities we work in.
By working closely with our clients, we deliver meaningful social value that reflects local priorities. Alongside our day-to-day work, we support employee volunteering, environmental projects and partnerships with local charities and community organisations, helping to make a positive difference beyond the homes we improve.
Our aim is to leave a lasting legacy by strengthening local communities, developing skills, supporting local businesses and creating opportunities that continue to benefit residents long after our work is complete.
Maintenance
Void refurbishment and Turnaround
We understand that every day a property remains vacant represents lost rental income, increased costs and delays in housing new residents. That’s why void turnaround works are prioritised to help return properties to a safe, secure and lettable standard as quickly as possible. Through specialist repairs, glazing, window and door replacements, security works and clear progress reporting, we help minimise void periods, accelerate re-letting and provide complete visibility throughout the process.

Prioritising Safe, Secure Property Turnaround

National-scale resilience, scalability and confidence
Capability
National Scale, Local Delivery
Successful housing programmes require both national capability and local commitment. Supported by our central operations team, we deliver consistent planning, mobilisation, governance and performance management across every programme. Our directly employed engineers enable rapid mobilisation using national resources, while local recruitment creates lasting employment opportunities and builds teams who live and work within the communities they support. This strengthens resident engagement, fosters trust and leaves a positive local legacy, while giving housing providers the resilience, scalability and operational control of a national organisation.
