The Brief

Situated close to the A1(M), the customer’s home was affected by road noise, impacting several rooms across the property.

Following a full survey and assessment, two façades of the property were identified as having full scheme eligibility due to their proximity to the road. The required works needed to provide effective noise reduction while maintaining appropriate ventilation and compliance with Building Regulations.
