We’ll always work out the most cost-effective solution, considering repair first and only suggesting replacement items if needed. Our repair solutions include hinge, lock and hardware replacements, frame repair and reconstruction and door adjustments. And we can install window safety equipment such as restrictors retrospectively. We know the importance of transparency and will always talk through your options, giving clear advice on the most suitable options for your project. We can also complete window condition surveys during the same visit and provide a full report, suggesting possible improvements when needed. Where an existing product is beyond economical repair we will show you photographic evidence, give you a detailed site report and a quote for a matching replacement.
We are also happy to offer upgrade options at every point of the survey. We’ll give you advice on any practical improvements available – keeping your housing stock in excellent condition and in line with current regulations.
