I am a commercially driven Sales and Business Development Director with over 20 years’ experience delivering sustainable growth across construction, infrastructure, transport and utilities, complemented by two years’ specialist experience in insurance glazing claims, customer excellence and marketing leadership. I lead integrated sales and marketing strategies, win multi million-pound frameworks and build high performing teams. Known for my strategic mindset and collaborative leadership style, I am passionate about ESG, innovation and brand led growth that delivers exceptional customer outcomes.

I have been with Evander for 11 years and bring a wealth of experience across a wide range of home improvement and commercial products, gained through working with national companies and running my own glazing business across the Greater London area during a 30-year career. I bring strong operational and technical knowledge, supported by strategic thinking to Evander and have successfully driven business change through technical advancements, such as our industry-leading acoustic glazing approach. Outside of work, I enjoy music and spending time with my family.

With over a decade of experience in the glazing industry, I bring a strong background in commercial sales, contracts management, and project delivery. I have led complex projects within a main contractor environment, managing multiple workstreams from enquiry and tender through to completion. I am particularly focused on people leadership, building strong relationships, and developing high-performing teams, while driving improved commercial performance and consistent outcomes for national clients. Outside of work, I stay busy playing rugby, keeping fit, coaching my child’s football team, and making time for family—some might call it punishment, I call it balance.

I lead HR, Payroll, Training, Recruitment, and Internal Communications, working closely with the management team to support our people and strengthen a positive, high-performing culture across the business. I am a Chartered Member of the CIPD with over 10 years’ HR experience spanning the legal, property services and glazing sectors. Outside of work, I enjoy running, reading, and travelling, with a particular love for European city breaks!

As Director of Residential, I thrive in a role where no two days are ever the same. I bring extensive experience overseeing our largest contract installations and managing high-level relationships with Tier 1 and government agencies. My passion lies in the challenges and process of bringing teams together to ensure every project achieves its full potential for our clients. Outside of work, I stay active by heading outdoors to enjoy cycling or walking my dog.

I’m the Head of Health and Safety with over 10 years’ experience. I’ve been a Chartered IOSH member for more than eight years and have worked in high-risk construction environments including demolition, piling, and concrete structures. I take a common-sense approach to health and safety, working closely with teams to keep people safe, support day-to-day operations, and driving practical improvements in how safety is managed on site. Outside of work, I tie myself up in knots as I’m learning yoga and spend time as a volunteer walking retired greyhounds.
