In response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak we have been supporting clients with anti-viral disinfecting services that are suitable for application to both property and vehicles. These cleaning services are intended to:
Our disinfection service utilises a treatment known as fogging or misting whereby machines can fill rooms or vehicles with a fine mist of disinfecting particles. The residue left by this treatment continues to have anti-viral properties for up to seven days after the initial treatment. The particles of disinfectant are so small that the treatment is suitable in areas containing electronics such as an office or call centre, proving less intrusive than more traditional cleaning methods.
The hospital grade treatment used is non-toxic and therefore safe for a variety of surfaces including; carpets, upholstery, hard floors, cupboards, kitchen tops, chairs, desks, tables and wall. Our service includes the wiping of regular contact points, such as handles and handrails, in the area being cleaned. On completion we safely dispose of all materials used.
Additional benefits include:
If required we can also seal buildings utilising our boarding services ready for return at a later date.
Can you disinfect my home?
Yes – this treatment is suitable for both domestic and commercial properties.
How long does it take?
The treatment time depends on the size of the building or vehicle and the amount of ventilation present. A domestic property is likely to take approx. 1 hour and office or commercial premises from 2 hours. Misting treatments are often quicker than traditional deep cleaning services.
How long do I have to wait until I can use the cleaned area/room again?
Rooms can be used as quickly as 10 minutes after the application.
How expensive is this service?
Misting is a cost-effective means of cleaning large spaces. The cost for a small office space starts at £250, medium from £480 and large offices from £800. The price for cleaning a domestic property depends on the number of bedrooms starting from £70 for a flat or one bedroom house ranging to £110 for a 4 to 5 bedroom house, the average house size of 3 bedrooms starts at £90.
Do I need to clean the property in advance?
There is no requirement to do anything prior to us attending, we only ask for clear access around the property or premises.
How frequently should the treatment be carried out?
Our hospital grade disinfectant has anti-viral properties for up to 7 days, therefore we recommend re-application weekly. However the more people that contact surfaces then the more frequently we recommend these should be cleaned.
Who will carry out the treatment?
Our trained technicians, who are all DBS checked and utilise specialist equipment and protective clothing.
